2017 Fiscal Year ANNUAL REPORT

From 40 to Forever

For 40 years Palmer has been a trusted guardian of land and water across our region. Here is a look at our Fiscal Year 2017.

"It was a passion for preserving the many natural wonders of the Pikes Peak Region that motivated us in 1977 to found the Palmer Land Trust.

We didn't imagine that Palmer would become the premier open space conservation organization in southern Colorado. But that's what some small ideas become - huge successes because so many people share the same dream and passion."

Bruce Warren, Former Trustee and Founding member of Palmer Land Trust
